Rupert Murdoch's media group has just been ordered to pay 1.8 million Euro in damages to actor Geoffrey Rush whom Murdoch's employees at the Sydney Telegraph newspaper falsely claimed had molested an actress. The amount is Australia's largest ever defamation pay out. Geoffrey Rush was of course still alive when the Murdochs attempted to destroy him.
