Yet another supposed supernatural apparition at Kilcullen Church on Saturday morning came to an abrupt end when the sacristan and attendant reichsmarshalls (church wardens wearing sashes to designate that their authority is higher than God's) surrounded the figure who appeared to be Padre Pio and demanded why he wasn't wearing a facemask.

After a few seconds the apparition is reported to have said: "Ah forget it," and disappeared.

An urgent Irish government Health Services Executive enquiry has been convened to investigate how exactly an apparition of Padre Pio got into Kilcullen church without a facemask on.
