Attention: Peggy O'Dwryer, prospective Fine Gael candidate, Local Elections.

Morning Peggy.
James Healy in Kilcullen here.
Best wishes on your forthcoming electoral venture.
I thought I'd write to you since you published an email address on Brian Byrne's website.
I heartily approve of your decision to make yourself accessible in this way,
My concerns as a citizen are the following:
1. Most importantly  I would ask you to defend the sanctity of life. There is and was no excuse to legalise abortion in Ireland with half the abortion doctors on earth now saying it's monstrous. If you stand over what you've done, you will evaporate Fine Gael as well as murdering people who are as entitled to live as you are.
2. I would ask you to consider advocating regarding non pharmaceutical intereventions for people facing mental challenges. I have a book for you on the matter, Robert Whitaker's Anatomy Of An Epidemic, if you'd read it. Mr Whitaker suggests that depression, mania, schizophrenia,, etc, are not biological or genetic  illnesses, and that they are not appropriately dealt with by chemical dosing. He proposes solutions based on counsel, direct engagement, family support, community support, and the creation of an international best practice in compassionately seeking non pharmaceutical modes of address to these issues.
3. I would ask you to consider public concerns and ongoing issues arising from Nurse Mulholland's murder of at least two people on the wards of Naas hospital in 2003 Mulholland torture murdered John Gettings of Baltinglass, Wicklow, aged 77 and Seamus Doherty of Rathcoffey, Naas, aged 80. Her actions were carried out at the Curragh Ward of Naas hospital against Mr Gettings on March 1st 2003, and against Mr Doherty on June 18th/19th 2003. Both succumbed to the injuries she had inflicted on them but only died at dates after their release from hospital. Prosecutors on behalf of the State used this as an excuse not to seek a murder conviction. Mulholland was convicted on pattycake charges of assaulting both men and poisoning John Gettings. Judge Frank O'Donnell realeased her without custodial sentence. I would also ask you to consider advocating with regard to the still unexplained death of another patient Mr Christopher Byrne of Suncroft, aged 79, outside the same hospital in an ambulance fire in 2016.
Okay Peggy.
If you'd ever like to meet for a coffee, drop me a line.
Besties.
James H

Footnote October 2022: A file on the death of Christopher Byrne in an ambulance fire otuside Naas hospital in 2016 was finally forwarded by Irish police to the Department of Public Prosecutions in 2019. Three years later as I write this in 2022 no details have yet been released on the contents of that file. Nor has any information been provided as to whether or not the still publically unidentified ambulance crew murdered Mr Byrne. Nor has the Department of Public Prosections taken any actions whatsoever.
