shamdemic larf in tilting at liberals

There has been some light relief in the midst of all this international doom and gloom pandemic Nazi style compulsory vaccination kabooki.

A headline tonight on the internet screams: "Lil Baby Arrested In Paris On Drugs Charges."

Hilarious no.

Nearly makes life worth living.

The frogs are mad.

But disappointingly it emerges that the arrestee is not a little baby but an adult urban musician called Dominique Armani Jones who uses the name Lil Baby on stage.

The Armanis are really coming down in the world.

Hoo baby.

But I digress.

The only other laugh I've had in the past twelve months occurred recently while reading the musings of an online commentator famous for plagiarising jokes from The Heelers Diaries. The laugh in this instance, related to his own genuine writings not something he'd lifted from here.

At the beginning of the induced Flu virus panic a year ago, the commentator Mark Steyn kept his powder dry and was really journalistically very professional.

Then as the artificially inflated death tolls spiralled ever upwards, he got a bit excited and began to mutter darkly on his website to wit: "A dark tragedy is engulfling Italy."

How I laughed.

I laughed and I laughed and I laughed.

A dark tragedy had indeed engulfed Italy.

It's been engulfing Italy for the past fifty years.

The dark tragedy being that the younger generation of Italians don't care a whit about the older generation of Italians and that when during the present Flu outbreak, the old generation showed flu symptoms, the young uns just bunged them all into antiseptickish care facilities more like prisons than hospitals, refused to allow them any visitors, and had guys in radiation suits treat them who didn't care whether the oldies lived or died, and when they got bored even giving them this level of non care, hooked up the oldies to ventilators which killed them.

Treatment explicitly designed to guarantee a high death toll among octo or  nono genarians or indeed among anybody feeling a bit doddery or absent minded and having the Flu to boot.

If the sheer callousness of Italian healthcare didn't kill them, waking up to see guys in radiation suits bending over the bed, was going to drive them spdoodlums.

I'm just saying is all.

So many dark tragedies right there, who can keep track of them all.

A dark tragedy was engulfing the rest of the world too, I thought.

The World Health Organisation, the Chinese Communist Party and sundry other entities were using a staged Flu virus panic to collapse the sovereignty of nations while pharmaceutical companies were using the quiescence of governments to introduce the public to the notion that medical products made out of babies murdered in abortion clinics, should be consumed unquestioningly by all.

On top of all this, it seemed to me that a dark tragedy was engulfing the Mark Steyn website, with the often quite principled fellow (except for his mild plagiarism foible) continually reiterating his sinister new cliche about a dark tragedy engulfing Italy.

Thankfully now he has once more become all things to all men, never backing away from his dark tragedy analysis (although in Steyn's lexicon the pandemic seems to have been a dark tragedy only for Italy) but also spending much of the past six months correctly in my view blaming the Chinese Communist Party laboratory at Wuhan for engineering and releasing the present version of the Flu on the world.

Mr Steyn has gilded the lily of his commentary further by quixotically and paradoxically averring that the pandemic is a real pandemic but that masks and lockdowns are, were and always will be unnecessary.

Ah.

We takes our larfs where we can find them.
