It's quite bizarre, I thought at first, well, maybe it's the aura of the setting sun appearing from behind a cloud, but then it can't be, not at 11 o'clock at night.
Hi Schnee. I should have added that the photo was taken facing due west! The sun had gone down an hour before directly behind me.
