an open letter to ireland's chief of police drew harris

Drew Harris.

On May 8th 2016, Malak Thawley, a Syrian woman married to an American, was murdered at Hollis Street hospital in Dublin via a deliberately inflicted slash wound to her artery during a routine medical operation to remove an ectopic pregnancy.
Malak Thawley was let bleed out on the operating table by her murderers.
The Thawley family have received independent expert medical advice that the death of Malak Thawley was not accidental.
In September 2018 the High Court Judge Charles Meenan issued an illegal ruling which forced the Irish government to abandon a public enquiry into the death of Malak Thawley.
Mr Harris I have asked you before and I'm asking you again, to investigate the murder of Malak Thawley and to press charges against her murderer.

On May 8th 2018, an 18 year old girl called Jessica Sheedy was murdered at Limerick hospital during a routine operation to remove a benign tumour in her abdomen by a doctor calling himself Ashish Lal. After  inflicting a slash wound to her aorta, Ashish Lal refused to let his medical team summon help. For twenty minutes he prevented help being summoned as Jessica Sheedy bled out on the operating table.
Help was summoned eventually in spite of his efforts to prevent it, when Nurse Elaine Lyons phoned another doctor and begged him to come to the operating theatre.
Theatre nurses Catherine Brown and Elaine Lyons have both stated in the Coroner's Court that Ashish Lal refused to allow them to summon help as Jessica Sheedy bled out on the operating table. Elaine Lyons broke down in court.
It is indeed distressing to be forced to watch someone committing murder.
Doctor Helen Earley confirmed Elaine Lyons' testimony to the Coroner's Court and added that Ashish Lal had also refused to permit Dr Helen Earley herself to get help. Dr Helen Earley told the coroner's court that she was just a trainee at the time.
In the phone call which Ashish Lal tried to prevent, Nurse Elaine Lyons summoned another doctor, Dr Eamon Kavanagh, on her own initiative who stitched up the wound inflicted by Ashish Lal. Jessica Sheedy lived another three days before dying on the 11th May 2018.
Dr Eamon Kavanagh stated to the Coroner's Court that it was very unusual for him not to have been informed in advance of such a surgery. Dr Eamon Kavanagh also stated that the normal procedure would have been to have a vascular support team on standby for such an operation.
In another particularly vile criminal act, Ashish Lal had been filming his murder of Jessica Sheedy in order to keep the footage as a trophy.
Okay Mr Harris.
Ashish Lal illegally filmed his murder of Jessica Sheedy. You need to obtain this footage and all copies of it.
Ashish Lal deliberately staged the operation without the required back up team being in place so that there would be no hope of rescue for Jessica Sheedy when he murdered her.
Ashish Lal punctured Jessica Sheedy's aorta in order to murder her, and forbid the clinical team in the operating theatre from helping the teenage girl he was murdering before their eyes.
Mr Harris, I want you investigate this matter and to charge Ashish Lal with the murder of Jessica Sheedy.

I also want you to investigate the doctor styled Andrea Hermann for the murders, tortures and violations which Andrea Hermann committed for over a decade in various Irish hospitals. Andrea Hermann has been struck off the Medical Register since 2017. about a decade too late for most of her victims.

Mr Harris, you guys need to stop saying none of our business when murders are committed in a hospital.
The deference of doctors to other doctors means the Irish Medical Council, the Health Boards, the Hospital Administrations, the Nurses union and the Coroner's Court will never accuse a doctor of murder.
Murder committed in a hospital is still murder Mr Harris.
That leaves just you and me.
Mr Harris it's time to start working for a living.
You're a police officer.
This is your ******* job.
Thank you for your time.
James Healy
