no truth in the rumour

There is no truth in the rumour that Mary Lou McDonald of Sinn Fein will if appointed Prime Minister of Ireland rewrite the natinonal anthem to include a verse eulogising the non existent drug dealing, people trafficking, child abusing, IRA mafia, nor that the new anthem will go as follows:
"Oh say do those torture murderers
Still perform their extortions
In the land of the sex change
And the home of abortions!"
