intentionality

The chances of Richard Dawkins being right about anything are the same as the chances of Fred Hoyle entering a junk yard and assembling a 747 Jumbo Jet from the debris.

Although he is reputedly less random than the average tornado, Hoyle couldn't do it.

Intentionality is not enough.

Knowledge is necessary but is also not enough.

Mr Hoyle will get old and die before he ever comes close to figuring out how to build and then actually building a 747 Jumbo Jet from the debris field in a junk yard.

One life time is not enough.

Since Fred Hoyle has died the chances of him visiting anywhere and building anything are substantially less than they were up to now, even if he does have a pet cat called Schrodinger.

In conceiving of creation, I am suggesting that randomness, in the form of tornados or even in the form of the unlimited (eternal) randomness fantasised about by Richard Dawkins, will not do the job.

There must be intentionality.

There must be knowledge.

Intentionality and knowledge must be embedded in an acting agent, a person.

And that person must live an awful long time.

For the creation of existence (the universe and our capacity to savour it) we must look for intentionality and knowledge embedded in a person who has unlimited time to do whatever it is he does, ie he effectively lives forever.

That is not a tornado or any known random physical process over any conceivable supposedly limitless period of time.

That is not Richard Dawkins or Fred Hoyle.

That is not the Boeing Corporation.

It's God.

Perhaps this chaotic place

Is not Kilcullen in 1989

But a dusty frontier town

The sounds dissolve

Into a muted half felt bliss

Fluted by fond memory

the butler dunnit

Was the American Presidential election of 2020 stolen?

The odd lacunas in the counting process on election night, the last minute changes to voting law in some States, and the confirmed incidents of computerised vote flipping, leave a sour taste and cause me to ask the question.

For it to have happened, we would expect to be able to identify someone or some organisational entity with motive, means,, opportunity and will.

Motive for such an extensive operation as subverting an American election probably means we should be looking for someone for whom Mr Trump is an existential threat.

Means means the person must dispose of billions of dollars and agents active throughout the American civil corpus.

Opporunity implies that their assets and agents are capable of doing the job on the night.

Will in this instance probably means a visceral hatred for Donald Trump, someone for whom it's personal rather than simply political.

In a stolen election scenario those are the four overlapping rubriques for the identification of whoever or whatever stole the election. I would look to tick all the boxes in identifying any potential culprit.

Who had Motive? Among State actors, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Chinese Communist Party would have considered Mr Trump an existential threat. The resovietising President of Russia Vladimir Putin might also view a strong Trump led America as a inconsistent with his own world view. Among mafias, the Zetas, the Colombian cartels, indeed any people traffickers, any major drug dealers, would have considered him an existential threat. The Muslim Brotherhood and its Al Qaeda/Isis proxies exist in that nether world between State actors and mafias. They despise Mr Trump and would do anything to destroy him. Elements of the Democratic Party of the United States of America who have traded on illegal immigration, regarding immigrants as a permanent Democratic Party voting bloc, would have viewed Mr Trump as an existential threat. Generically leftist corporatist bankrupt media groups such as NBC, CBS, ABC, the Washington Post, the New York Times, CNN, et al (particularly Al. I hate him) along with giant social media websites Twitter, Facebook and Youtube seem to view Mr Trump with innate hostility as an existential threat but they are more likely to be accomplices to the hijacking of an election rather than the primary instigators. In any case what we have outlined above is an awful lot of motive for an awful lot of highly motivated people.

Who had Means?  The Islamic Republic of Iran, the communist party of China, the Muslim Brotherhood, the Zetas, major people trafficking drug dealing mafias generally, elements of the Democratic Party of the United States, all dispose of billion dollar treasuries and extensively placed agents within the framework of American public life.

Who had Opportunity? The guilty party would have to have subverted voting and vote counting processes in Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia and several other targetted locations. They didn't have to fix every constituency. They needed about five.

Who had Will? The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the communist Party of China, Vladdie the Pute, the Muslim Brotherhood et al.

At the end of the day any analysis is only as solid as the credibility of the person doing the analysing. Have you ever had reason to think that I am a credible figure?

I think they did it.

One or other or all of them.

I suggest that the American Presidential elections of 2020 were the perfect storm of nefarious action.

a christmas carol

Scene: A leafy university campus somewhere in England. A window flies open.

Richard Dawkins: "You there. Oike. What day is this?"

Passing Oike: "Why sir, this is Christmas day."

Richard Dawkins: "No it isn't. There's no such thing."

Oike: "Oh come now sir. You know there is. It's the celebration of the birth of Jesus. All humanity is celebrating."

Richard Dawkins: "He never existed. And I won't begin to list the errors in your second statement."

Oike: "You wot Guv."

Richard Dawkins: "Christianity is a superstition. God is a superstition. And even if this Jesus did exist, all humanity certainly does not recognise him as their lord or whatever it is. After all, he never taught at Oxford. Nor will you if keep on in this fashion fellow my lad."

Oike: "I'm just a passer by."

Richard Dawkins: "Well straighten up or ship out."

Oike: "But Mr Dawkins, aren't you celebrating?"

Richard Dawkins: "Bah humbug."

Oike: "The most unexpected people feel a secret joy on this day."

Richard Dawkins: "I'd sooner celebrate the birth of the Flying Spaghetti Monster."

Oike: "It's Christmas day Mr Dawkins. The whole world is celebrating. The whole world numbers this year from the year ascribed to his birth. He existed alright. And his church, the Catholic church, founded Oxford and all the great universities of Europe. It was from from his teaching flowed all those foundations and indeed all the riches of human culture, art, literature, music, debate, freedom of speech, the rule of law. the scientific method and anything we might call science itself."

Richard Dawkins: "What sort of passer by are you?"

Oike: "God bless us every one."

Richard Dawkins: "Oh no. I'm trapped in a James Healy set piece with you writing the words for both of us. Oh the humiliation."

Oike: "Surprise. Merry Christmas Mr Dawkins."

Richard Dawkins: "There is a hell."

an open letter to judge george bermingham

Bermingham.

Two months ago you used your role as part of an unaccountable Judicial body styled in Ireland simply as the Court Of Appeal to rule that children who had been murdered could not be named in the media.

Your ruling has also stipulated that children who suffered violence or abuse and survived could not use their own names in telling their own story.

You did not do this to protect innocent victims of crime and violation. You did this to prevent public commentary on murders in Ireland.

You have effectively made it illegal to name or comment on the killing of Seema Banu aged 32 and her two children Asfira aged 11 and Faizan aged 6 all three of whom were murdered in October by Seema's estranged husband.

Your ruling prevents public exposition of the circumstances of the murders of Seema, Asfira and Faizan.

Your ruling has also prevented the expression of public outrage when the murderer refused to release the body of Seema Banu aged 32, and Asfira aged 11 and Faizan aged 6, to their true family back in India.

By true family Bermingham, I mean anyone who didn't kill them.

Your ruling in preventing the expression of public outrage, allowed the usual suspects at the notorious Clonskeagh Mosque to go ahead with staging a funeral for Seema Banu aged 32 and Asfira aged 11 and Faizan aged 6, during which the man who murdered Seema Banu aged 32, Asfira aged 11 and Faizan aged 6, posed and preened as principal mourner at the graveside in a final posthumous mockery of the woman and two children he had slaughtered.

Effectively Bermingham with your gag order on public commentary, you allowed him to murder them again.

We might be concerned by other implications from your ruling and by aspects of the murder of Seema Banu and her children which the  promulgation of your ruling covers up.

Specifically in the above case, your ruling prevented the fostering and expression of public concern about the fact that Seema had months before her murder already been seriously assaulted and was being systematically terrorised in an ongoing way by the murderer of herself and Asfira and Faizan, that is to say months prior to the time when he actually got down to murdering them he had already seriously injured her, and the Irish courts system in its usual leisurely manner had scheduled a court hearing regarding the serious assault for some undisclosed time in the following year.

Irish police and the prosecutorial services had not detained the soon to be a murderer pending his trial for serious assault.

They'd left him loose.

Of course they had.

The leisurely pace of the Irish courts and law enforcement systems Bermingham, mean that the soon to be a murderer was left free for months to terrorise his victims on an ongoing basis and then to actually commit the murders.

Open and frank discussion of these matters does not impinge on the societal aspiration to provide the murderer with access to a fair trial.

The legalistic phrase 'Presumption Of Innocence' does not mean that a jury in a case involving a blatantly guilty murderer, must consist of idiots who have never accessed the internet and who have no opinions of their own.

Nor does  presumption of innocence allow you Bermingham to control what is said or thought, on the internet or indeed anywhere else.

Presumption of innocence merely expresses an aspiration to take a measured and fair minded view of the guilt or innocence of an accused person in a court room setting.

Presumption of innocence cannot be used by you Bermingham and your pals in the Judicial and political class to conceal the reality of violence against men, women and children in Ireland today, nor to conceal your own incompetence, the incompetence of Judges, police officers and court services who left the man who had already seriously assaulted Seema Banu aged 32, free to terrorise and then kill her and Asfira aged 11 and Faizan aged 6.

Your ruling has implications for many other cases.

In your stroke of the pen coup de main at the so called Court of Appeal, Bermingham, you have attempted to make it illegal for commentators or campaigners to name John Horgan aged 7 who was crucified  by teen satanist Lorcan Bale in the attic of the Bale family home in 1973.

You have also made it illegal to name Ana Kriegel (aged 14 but referred to as 13 in some reports) who was torture murdered by two teenage satanists in 2018. Incidentally you and your Judicial ilk Bermingham have thus far been successful in concealing the identities of the torture murderers of Ana Kriegel. On whose behalf are you acting in this concealment? Are the torture murderers of Ana Kriegel perhaps members of notorious gangland families? Politicians sons? High society types? What are they? I think we should be told. I note that no less than ten  people were charged in October in the Irish courts system with the  purely imaginary crime of trying to reveal the identities of the two torture murderers of Ana Kriegel aged 14. The police and the courts found time to process those charges but you never quite got round to bringing in the guy who'd already seriously assaulted and was terrorising for months on end Seema Banu and her daughter Asfira aged 11 and her son Faizan aged 6, without any limitiations being placed on his behaviour by the police or courts, before he finally got round to killing them.

I am displeased with you Bermingham.

neanderthals don't wear bobble hats

The Irish National broadcaster RTE has apologised for its transmission of a comedy skit on New Year's Eve purporting to show members of a regionally based organisation styled Kilcullen Community Inaction group dancing naked around sculptor Noel Scullion's tasteless Spear monument at the northern entrance to their town.

The RTE skit came in the form of a fake news cast reporting straight facedly that members of Kilcullen Community Inaction had welcomed in the new year in a pagan orgy centred on the Spear.

A spokesperson for Kilcullen Community Inaction immediately contacted reporters to deny the report and lodged a protest with RTE.

"We were not naked," he screamed calmly. "Our members were wearing bobble hats. Our members were wearing bobble hats on their members. This broadcast is a travesty of a mockery of a travesty of a sham rip off of a Woody Allen travesty of a joke. And as for the spear being tasteless, that is an utter lie. It has a woody taste, sort of crumbly when you really bite into it."

RTE has now denounced itself for disrespecting people who are insufferable whiners.

"We're sorry," said RTE Director General Libby Fembo. "We dropped the balls on this one. From now on we'll stick to insulting the Christian understanding of Deity. It's safer."

The Spear itself had been a subject of controversy earlier this year when Kildare County Council archaeologists mistook it for a neolithic monument erected by primitives in 3000 BC, forgetting that they themselves were the primitives who had erected it just five years ago in 2015 AD.

Kilcullen Community Inaction group was named for their utter inactivity in regard to the Hutch gang moving to our town, their absolute inertia with regard to drug dealing in our schools, and their presentation of a People Of The Year award to thug ex cop Stephen Kinneavey who's been harassing me for a decade,

first they came for the brussels sprouts

When the Youtube website came for Robert Spencer, I did not speak out because, well, I suppose I never really trusted Robert Spencer, and anyway he's been a bit snarky with one or two replies to my emails, I'm just saying he's notoriously combative with regard to even the most modest feedback, I mean he'd fight with his shadow, although his online reporting of Jihad is the best media resource available for monitoring and assessing the contours of Islamic terrorism and you couldn't know what was happening from any other major news reporting outlet because they're, er, not reporting it.

When Youtube came for Mark Steyn I did not speak out because Mark Steyn once plagiarised an excellent Sunset Boulevard joke from my website and well, when you gotta go, you gotta go. We can live without Steyn.

When Youtube came for Abdullah Sameer, I did not speak out because, well, Abdullah Sameer, he's an atheist and anyway, I don't know him,  I've got enough on my plate, and it's not my job to comment on everything.

When Youtube came for David Wood I did not speak out because I had grown accustomed to watching extracts from old Seinfeld episodes on Youtube.

When Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube social media corporations in a coordinated coup de main came for President Donald Trump and any commentators or corporations who supported him or were fair minded in regard to the consideration of him, I didn't speak out because, well, I'd thought Trump had mafia links, and I'd sensed evil from him, and I'd always thought he stole the 2016 election or someone stole it on his behalf.

When Youtube came for Zara Kay I thought wow she's a hottie, maybe I will speak out, but I'd forgotten how.

emergency irish government directive 702BZX on containment of epidemic effective immediately

Padre Donald Baines of Kilcullen is hereby forbidden from making any settlement or payment in kind whatsoever with one James Healy of the 100 Euro owed on their American election bet. The purpose of this directive is to prevent any further spread of the Covid 19 Virus which is known to vector along the song lines emerging from gleeful gamblers exulting in winning a few quid. Also the entire population of Ireland is now for official purposes deemed to be 21 years of age and to have graduated from College in whatever discipline their Kindergarten School teachers think they show(ed) most promise in when they actually are or were 4 years of age. This will avoid a logjam in examinations at school and university level as we continue to cope with the pandemic. It will also save money on the payment of all State pensions none of which will fall due for another fifty years. Furthermore, men's underwear will now be mandatory for women. Women's underwear will be mandatory for men. Underwear will henceforth be worn on the outside so we can check. And finally, the official language of Ireland is hereby declared to be... Swedish. Silence. To abrogate the necessity of complicated new legislation in propagating the introduction of these innovative new life saving laws, the constitution of Ireland will be replaced with a transcript of Woody Allen's film Bananas. The Bananas theme tune Quiero La Noche and its incidental musical themes will be played throughout all government meetings, parliamentary sessions, public gatherings and car chases. The slow versions will be used for love affairs. This order is to take effect immediately.

Es lebe unsere geheimnis Feldwebels.

Grand Vizier Leo Varadkar assistant to Michael Martin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Ireland
