A bombastic bankrupt atheistic abortionist anti Catholic newspaper styled The Irish Independent surpassed itself in terms of post modernist irony on Saturday.
The editor, one Beardkin Snodgrass O'Toole (Cormac Bourke surely - JRR Tolkien note) published a letter from himself to his supposed readers in the form of a feature article.
The letter claimed that the Irish Independent was produced by what he called real journalists working to produce real news. Hilariously he added that he and his staff were committed to speaking truth to power.
Really!
Beardkin went on to urge the public to buy the Irish Independent and to pay subscription fees for an online edition.
Let us take a measured look at the edition in which the editor attempted so romantically (ie by lying) to trumpet his wares.
I mean let's look at the wares themselves.
The cover article featured an interview with an unnamed eleven year old child, supposedly homeless, who supposedly said: "We're not animals. We're people like you."
I suppose she might exist.
I suppose it's vaguely possible that the hard working Independent Newspapers journalist didn't make up every dramatic sound bite that the child supposedly said.
I suppose it's possible Beardkin didn't say to one of his gin swilling floozies (that's real journalists to you and me): "Give me a thousand words of Christmas pap about a homeless child," and the floozie promptly coughed up this fooboon of a column.
I wouldn't bet on it though.
A few pages into the rag, we find an article be one John Downing (two John Downings would have been, oh you know) in which he publishes and attributes to himself a joke which appeared a month ago on the Heelers Diaries website about Irish politicians voting while not in parliament and thus being like the Catholic Saint Padre Pio who could purportedly be in two places at once.
(Maybe my joke bilocated to John Downing's column and then decided to slum it by pretending John Downing wrote it without John Downing's knowledge or complicity.)
Turn the page and you find the real journalists of Independent Newspapers really slandering a political candidate called Verona Murray who has in the mildest possible terms, and I mean mildest, called into question current permissive immigration policies in Ireland.
The gauleiters of the Irish Indepenent are labelling her racist.
A few pages further on we find a fulll colour picture of Ireland's abortion legalising Prime Minister Leo Varadkar with his abortion advocating Minister For Children Katherine Zappone. They are posing with three laughing, bright eyed, moppet, little girls.
It's difficult to avoid wondering might not all the children Varadkar and Zappone have murdered through abortion, now be just as bright eyed and smiling and moppetish as these three had they been permitted to live.
Nor could I help wondering will not the present generation of bright eyed, smiling, moppets, including the three shown in the picture with Varadkar and Zappone, be one day just as prone to the dysmorphic insecurities and speculations increasingly typical of teenage life, and now being veritably induced and promoted by Varadkar and Zappone though explicit tendential sex education programmes in schools and through the pornographies of our culture.
Will these three cute kids one day be hostages to Varadkar and Zappone's transgenderist ideology? Will they in what would otherwise be a temporary period of orientational confusion, become fodder for the mutilating sex change operations which Varadkar and Zappone have ordered Irish Health Boards to provide to teenagers and adults in spite of the fact that the operations do not work?
These questions are not even adverted to, never mind asked, in the newspaper that styles itself the Irish Independent and boasts so oleaginously of speaking truth to power.
Turn another page.
We find an article by a character styling himself Kim Bielenberg wherein the Irish Independent is itself again eulogised, as per the editor's article on page three, this time with an historical analysis of the paper's supposed defiance of an IRA ultimatum a hundred years ago.
Of course if the immortal Bielenberg had gone back 106 years, he would have found the Irish Independent taking part in an attempt by its proprietor William Martin Murphy to starve the people of Dublin to death during the 1913 Dublin Lock Out.
With these real journalists speaking truth to power, you chooses your dates and you takes your chances.
Another few pages on we find an article headlined:
Single Man Who Lives With His Mother Shoots Up Police HQ.
This is an article about an attack on Moscow Police Headquarters in Russia.
Well those evil single men who look after their mothers!
What can be done about them!
What the Irish Independent, that brave journalistic champion of nothing, does not report or mention, is that the man who attacked the Moscow Police Headquarters is a Muslim, a member of the Isis Al Qaeda Muslim Brotherhood, and that he committed his murders shouting the Muslim invocation Allah U Akbar.
Not relevant eh!
Best to focus on his bachelorhood and his supposed domicile with his mother.
Flick another few pages.
A near full page article, headline, photograph and text, about forest fires in Australia.
I mentioned this one yesterday.
The article is designed to make the reader, should a reader happen along, believe that the forest fires in Australia are being caused by Climate Change.
Three quarters of the way through the article, buried well down in the third column, is a single sentence mentioning that 98 people have been arrested so far and face charges of setting the fires.
If you blink, you'd miss it.
What does this mean? The Irish Independent doesn't deign to draw attention to the buried sentence by elaborating on it.
So I'll tell you.
It means the Australian fires aren't caused by Climate Change.
The Australian fires are being caused by the people who lit them.
And Climate Change is fiction.
That's speaking truth to power.
Flick.
An article featuring a letter to Santa by a woman who died of cancer.
The article is intended to justify yet another of the Irish government's mass vaccination programmes, this time involving the dispensing of a vaccine to school children on the off change that the vaccine may prevent some forms of cervical cancer.
The dead woman did indeed lend herself to this campaign although she never wrote the letter to Santa which at first glance an unwary reader might actually believe was from her hand. As becomes clear later in the article, the letter was purportedly written by her uncle and then symbolically attributed to her.
The Irish Independent doesn't trouble to ask whether this deceased woman and her family are being used by the government, by the Health Boards, by the Medical Profession and by the Pharmaceutical Industry to promote yet another of their cash cow vaccination programmes.
The salient question unasked by the Irish Independent, being: "Was this deceased woman a pawn in a marketing campaign, her illness being exploited while she still lived and now again after her death, by Government policy makers, Health Boards, doctors and the Pharmaceutical Industry in order to silence those parents, medical experts, scientists and thinking citizens who have a concern that mass vaccination programmes directed at children are commercial ventures and have not been proven in any instance much less in the instance of cervical cancer, to be mandated or justified by rational, analytic, accountable clinical and community wide analyses of the issues and comparative critical, assessment of the causes, aetiology and possible preventative elements of the ailment?"
The answer is she was.
She Gretathunberging was.
That is to say, the Irish woman no more spontaneously led the way in the cervical cancer vaccine campaign that is still being attributed to her, than the environmentalist teenager Greta Thunberg led the way in supposedly spontaneously walking into the UN building and spouting her brilliant analysis of Climate Change to a meeting of the General Assembly.
You don't get into the general assembly just by walking down the corridor and finding them all sitting there.
In Ireland you don't become a national campaign leader on behalf of the government just by getting cancer.
These people are being used as farm animals.
Both the deceased Irish vaccination campaigner and Greta Thunberg were doing precisely what was expected of them by the manipulative scoundrels who were pulling their strings, Big Pharma in Ireland and the UN itself in the case of Greta Thunberg.
Ho hum.
This Irish Independent is an ex newspaper.
It's gone.
Deceased.
Defunct.
Kaputt.
Here is the news.
The Irish Independent does not speak truth to power.
The Irish Independent will never report its proprietor white collar criminal Denis O'Brien for bribing then government Minister Michael Lowry to give him billion dollar mobile phone service provision contracts dirt cheap.
The Irish Independent will never report on the bribes offered by Prime Minister Leo Varadkar's secret and illegal Media Unit to the Irish Independent newspaper to publish propaganda for the government.
It will never report the Fine Gael political party's nationalisation of Allied Irish Bank and the subsequent cancelling of Independent Newspapers billion dollar debts to that same Allied Irish Bank.
It will never report anything that relates to its own pornogrification of the peasantry, the instalment of a debauched sex cult as our national ethos, the collapse of immigration law. and the rise of the drug dealing, people trafficking, child abusing IRA mafia, and their associates in Al Qaeda, the Triads, Cosa Nostra, Nigerian devil worship rings, MS 13, the Zetas, the Russian mob, et al (particularly Al, I hate him.) as the real powers in the Republic Of Ireland.
The Irish Independent will never report the hundred arsonists arsing around the Australian outback staring forest fires but will continue to pretend that the fires are caused by Climate Change.
The Irish Independent reports nothing.
Even when plagiarising me, they make a thoroughgoing bawls of it, as John Downing, an Independent Newspapers drone in Sector 7-G, has altered my joke about Padre Pio just enough so that it no longer applies to every political party in the Irish parliament, but now (and this is the greatest rub of all) unfunnily and partisanly to just the Fianna Fail opposition party whom Independent Newspapers currently wishes to discredit on behalf of the party of government Fine Gael.
I kid you not.
Independent Newspapers is sinking slowly beneath the waves, still miserably trumpeting abortion, euthanasia, condom culture, promiscuity, the legalisation of IRA drugs, and every other dessicating barbarism they can think of, still giggling their trademark slanders (of Christianity, of anyone concerned about the collapse of immigration law, of those of us who tried to warn about Muslim terrorism) as they go down, still spouting as the waves close over them the same bigotries, profanities, inanities, incompetences, inuendos and insanities that have bankrupted them over the past fifty years.
The Independent Newspapers' journalists stand upon the bankrupt drekkkkk,
Whence all but they have fled...
Seriously though, they're doing a brilliant job.
